The Forsyth County Sheriff's Office Law Enforcement Detention Center is an adult maximum security 400,000 square feet detention facility housing male and female sentenced misdemeanant and pretrial inmates. The facility is an eleven story twin tower structure containing 735 modular steel cells, and has a bed capacity of 1,016 inmates.
